Plans and storage
There are four plans. Prices, storage allowances and trial terms are on the App Store listing, which is the version that governs. This page is about what the differences actually mean.
What every plan includes
- Unlimited products and unlimited files. There is no file count limit on any plan.
- Unlimited downloads. Bandwidth is not metered, so a big file being collected often costs you nothing extra.
- Delivery as soon as an order is paid, the delivery email, download limits, expiry, revocation, shared-link flags, manual grants on any order, file versions and update notices, the whole-order zip, the Downloads page in customer accounts, and file tags.
The plans differ on storage, and on four features.
The gated features

Each is unlocked by a particular plan; the app names the one you need wherever a feature is locked, and the listing lists them by plan. A locked feature is readable rather than hidden, so you can see what you would be getting.
Downgrading does not silently rewrite decisions you already made. A product assignment that already carries its own delivery rule keeps following it.
How storage is counted
Your usage is the current version of every file in your library, plus the whole-order zips the app has built. Superseded versions kept for rollback are not charged against your allowance.

When you run out
On the free plan, the allowance is a wall: uploads stop until you free space or move to a paid plan. Nothing already delivered is affected, and buyers’ links keep working.
On a paid plan the upload goes through and storage above the allowance is billed by the gigabyte per month, rounded up to the whole gigabyte. The app tells you before the upload starts that it will take you over, and what that will add this month. You will also get a warning email as your usage charges approach the cap Shopify holds on your subscription, with a way to raise it.
Billing
Billing runs through Shopify. Plan changes, trials, invoices and cancellations all happen in Shopify’s own billing screens, and the app never handles card details. Cancelling is uninstalling, and uninstalling puts the store back on the free plan.
