Terms of use

These terms cover ioun.dev, the website. Each app that Ioun Developers publishes has its own terms, listed at the end of this page and linked from that app’s pages, and those are what govern the use of the app itself.

What this site is

A marketing and documentation site. It describes what our apps do and how to use them. It is information, not a contract to supply anything, and nothing on it forms an offer.

Accuracy

We keep these pages in step with what actually ships, and each app’s changelog records what changed and when. Even so, documentation can lag behind a release. Where a page on this site and an app’s own behaviour disagree, the app is what you have, and we would like to hear about the gap.

Where this site and an app’s Shopify App Store listing disagree about pricing, availability or what an app does, the listing governs.

Using the site

You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, and print it. Please do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, republish whole pages as your own, or present our documentation as if it described someone else’s product.

The text and the design of this site belong to Ioun Developers. Product names, other companies’ names and other companies’ trademarks belong to their respective owners, and appear here only to say what our apps work with.

Links to other sites

Links out of this site, including to the Shopify App Store, lead to services we do not run. Their terms and their privacy policies apply once you are there.

No warranty for the site itself

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable or always be free of errors.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. This page is always the current version.
